#1 payment is 100% upfront through paypal or cashapp. any transfer or processing fees are on the client. i’ll start your piece as soon as payment comes through!#2 you’ll get three free revisions during the sketching face—small pose tweaks to pose changes. after the sketch is approved, i’ll move on to coloring and final rendering ( depending if you've paid for that service or not ).#3 turnaround is usually between four days to two weeks after approval, depending on my queue and/or personal life. if anything delays your piece, i’ll always keep you updated!#4 please don’t resell, trace, edit, or use my work for NFTs or AI training.#5 i keep the right to post, share, and include finished pieces in my portfolio; though private (non-posted) commissions can be requested for an added fee!#6 refunds are simple: full if i haven’t started, 50% if the sketch isn’t approved yet, and none after sketch approval. if i ever have to cancel, you’ll always get a full refund! chargebacks after completed work aren’t allowed and will result in a ban from future commissions.#7 reposting is totally fine; just make sure to credit me, @lycivor!
